Recently visited Trio Restaurant and had an excellent experience. The food was absolutely amazing, rich in authentic flavours and beautifully presented. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff was extremely professional and courteous throughout. The ambience is aesthetic, with a perfect blend of traditional Rajasthani charm and modern comfort.

The rooftop seating offers a beautiful view of the fort, adding to the overall dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in Jaisalmer. Will definitely visit again!....Upender Yadav

Visited Trio Restaurant for the second time,

The service was amazing as usual

Ordered Peanut masala to start with which looked amazing and tasted good as well, Later ordered for murgh tikka which looked good but the taste was average, and along with murgh tikka asked for tawa roti. Which was good though the basket of roti had an underlined of tissue which was sticking to the roti because of heat.

Would highly suggest to use a similar linen as the napkins for the Rotis.....Prashant Mudaliyar
